·    Each chuck comes with camlock studs and hardened reversible jaws. D1-3,4,5,6,8,11, and 15 are types of spindles found on certain metal lathes. They are a camlock-style mount that requires the chucks to have appropriately sized cam lock studs. These studs fit into the camlock holes in the spindle and lock into place very precisely. Camlock mounts are known for accuracy.
